Zoba may look like just another noodle bar, but take a close look at that fine print under its logo.
"Homemade Noodles"
Now I should warn you that the homemade noodles come in just one size/shape (they resemble linguine), so some of the noodles at Zoba are not homemade. If in doubt, ask your server which dishes boast the homemade noodles.
These noodles are divine. The sauces, meats and veggies are just fine, but it is the noodles that keep me coming back. Tender and elastic yet also firm and substantial, these are a real treat. Plus, portions are huge. . .I typically get three meals out of each order.
Incidentally, these noodles are so good that you probably want to get them in a dish that features a lighter sauce. I have had them in a panang curry as well as a peanut sauce, and while both were good, the lighter spicy and basil sauces were even better.
Great thai coffee and tea, super friendly service, and cheerful decor make this spot a winner.
